Foundation & Legacy

The foundation of STV’s investment journey dates back to the early 1990s, spearheaded by Mr. Nausher Ali Khan and Mr. Naseem Ali Khan. Their entrepreneurial vision led to the development of a strong and diversified portfolio, including:

- Agrani Shipping – A venture in shipping and logistics
- National Oxygen Ltd. – A public limited company specializing in cryogenic products such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Dissolved Acetylene.

Following the passing of Mr. Nausher Ali Khan in the early 2000s, Mr. Naseem Ali Khan assumed leadership and further expanded the group’s footprint across multiple industries.
